Privacy Policy

Coupons @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for creating guest pass coupon codes, seeing which have been used, and sending free guest passes.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows the lodge's guest pass coupon codes, how often each has been used, and who each was given to. When staff send a free guest pass, the recipient's name, email address and the reason given are stored with those records.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
